Secondly we made membership, searches and adding a tenant completely free to all members and thirdly we are now changing the Reports you recieve when you search a tenants name.

Currently we have 5 options for you to select:

A The tenant has been known to keep the property unclean or untidy.

B The tenant has been known to interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of neighbours.

C The tenant has been known to leave without paying rent or does not pay rent on a regular basis.

D The tenant has been known to deliberately, or carelessly damage the property, or allow any other person to damage the property.

E The tenant is recommendable as a good tenant.

These will now be completely removed to make way for 11 new options.

The tenant has been known to deliberately or carelessly damage property, or allows any other person to damage property

The tenant has been known to abandon the property

The tenant has respected the property throughout the tenancy and returned the property in an acceptable standard

The tenant has conducted the tenancy according to the terms and conditions of the contract
