Helping landlords avoid bad tenants

Demand For Rental Property To Continue

Tenant Registry has learned that Landlords & Letting agents all over the UK are currently struggling to cope with demand for rental property - and this is set to continue.

According to the ARLA , a record number of new tenancies have been signed last year.  They have done a survey on 6,000 members

and 74 per cent of respondents said demand outstripped supply in the private rental sector, the highest level since records began. This increase was mostly in London and the South East.

Forecasters have warned huge deposits, soaring house prices and tougher mortgage criteria are causing a decline in home ownership, putting unsustainable pressure on the demand and price of rental homes.

More people than ever are now in rented property, this indicates that there couldn't be a better time to be a member with Tenant Registry, The database is growing daily with good and bad tenants.
