When reporting a tenant (good or bad) you will need to update your Tenancy Agreement that notifies the tenant that they may feature on this website if they violate your agreement. We recommend "we are members of the tenant registry which records data for problem tenants. We update this site on a regular basis and details will be recorded about the gross misconduct during the course of a tenancy" .
